Best Quail Springs hotel?

I thought the Amerisuites looked nice but it didn%26#39;t receive good user reviews. Any other recommendations?

Best Quail Springs hotel?

I%26#39;m a local so I can%26#39;t speak to the interior accomodations of the hotels. However, most of the hotels in that immediate area are very new. There%26#39;s a Laquinta Inns %26amp; Suites less than 6 months old that is just across the street West of Quail Springs. Quite a few restaurants just outside the door; within easy walking distance. Hope this helps a little.

Best Quail Springs hotel?

This is a fairly new hotel and may still be having some staffing and management issues. The complaints about non-smoking rooms smelling of smoke is not uncommon. A lot of smokers will smoke no matter what they agreed to when they rented the room. (Then smokers wonder why people get so upset about their habit.)

Anyway, it%26#39;s possible these are isolated incidents - it%26#39;s difficult to say with only 3 reviews. But I would be leary of the place without any positive feedback.

Is there a particular reason you want to stay near Quail Springs? There are more established hotels in OKC with a better track record not much further away from QS.

Well the La Quinta doesn%26#39;t get very good reviews either. Maybe they were still ';getting the kinks out'; when the reviews stayed there. There is a Hampton Inn on Plaza Terrace (near the La Quinta and Amerisuites) that is worth checking out. Hope this helps.

I meant to say reviewers, not reviews!

My son wanted to stay there since we are flying out very early in the morning and he said that%26#39;s a decent area. But now that I mapped it, it%26#39;s about 20 miles from the airport. The downtown hotels are too high just to spend one night, so I think I%26#39;ll go near the airport. Unfortunately the Embassy Suites is booked. Reading the reveiws, the Holiday Inn, Wingate, and Biltmore look pretty decent. Anyone have any suggestions on these or others near the airport in the same price range? Thanks.

The Holiday Inn Express at 4400 Highline Boulevard is a nice, affordable hotel that is worth checking out. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. A continental breakfast is served each morning and the hotel is three miles from the airport. The Wingate Inn is also a nice hotel on Meridian near the airport. Either of these two hotels would be an excellent choice.

Thanks for the help. I booked the Holiday Inn.
