Which one is the best?

Are there lone stores outside of the mall; such as Target and or Kohl%26#39;s?

As far as the Best Mall - I think you%26#39;ll get differences of opinions! The largest is Woodlands, so it has a larger variety of shops - but for unique, upscale shops, Utica Square, which is not an indoor mall, but one with sidewalks, cafes%26#39;, beautiful landscape, and curb side parking is the favorite of many. And my personal favorite - ONLY because of convenience and contains the shops I personally prefer near my home - I love Promenade Mall. Why not see them all?

Yes, we have at least 2 huge Targets, about 3 or 4 Kohls, Walmart superstores all over town - Tulsa%26#39;s a shopping place for many smaller communities within an hours drive.
