I have a party of about 75 I don%26#39;t need anything fancy but alot of places will not rent the space on a saturday night. I also have childeren so we have to be able to get them in also. I have never heard of a country club here and the place out on the island doesn%26#39;t rent out spaces anymore. i need somewhere that will hold around 100 people, has a bar and will allowe childeren in.

The only place close to Grove which I know would fit the bill is Loma Linda on the south edge of Joplin.

Maybe if you contacted someplace like Tiramisu they might know of a place? Or they might know of a space where they could cater? Just thinking.

What about the hotel on highway 59 that used to be called Crystal Inn? We had a wedding reception there a few years ago. They have a really nice room that has a divider in case you don%26#39;t need the entire space. Don%26#39;t remember what we paid for it, but it held around 200 people. We didn%26#39;t have a bar, but I%26#39;ve been to events there that had a bar and bartender.

The new owners at Martin Landing are renting their meeting room out now for meetings, anniversaries, parties etc. Nice view of the lake and will hold about the number of people you are talking about. We would love to visit with you about your party.
