DD now needs reasonable safe accomodations near Skirvin or Bricktown next Friday 10/19. Please advise.

Colcord, Renaissance, Sheraton, Courtyard, Skirvin, Residence Inn are in the area, but they probably will run you close to $200. Guess it depends on your definition of ';reasonable.'; Will you have a car? Several nice places for less along Northwest Expressway between I-44 and Hefner Expressway, which puts you northwest of downtown. Closest place with decent budget accommodations might be Midwest City, not too far east of downtown.

She has a car. Of the options you suggest, which is most affordable? She has an event Friday and an event Saturday. I am trying to avoid her driving round trip to SW OK both days. I%26#39;d like to secure someplace near Skirvin/Bricktown that is safe for her to park her car and attend both events. I absolutely cannot be more specific, sorry. Thank you for all your advice.

The colcord has a standard King for $149/night for 10/19 and 10/20.

Same for the Marriott Bricktown.

Renaissance is $159.

Sheraton has a room for $139/night.

Above prices do not include taxes. All are reasonably close to the Skirvin.

You could save about $35/night staying at the Midwest City Sheraton, or a little more ($40-50/night) at any other hotel in OKC, but then you%26#39;d have the cost of parking, gas, and the potential headaches of traffic.

I%26#39;d recommend the Colcord or Marriott Courtyard in Bricktown as the best alternative and the two nicest hotels for the price.
