Winter family reunion location in or near OKC

I am looking for a location in OKC to host a family reunion. It needs to be near OKC because of a family member who can%26#39;t travel far. The Holiday Inn on Meridian is booked during our selected days. Any ideas? There will be family members from newborns to 80%26#39;s.

We will need 20 - 24 rooms and prefer to keep the price under $80, less would be better. We are looking for accommodations with an atrium area.

There are very few hotels with an Atrium in OKC that might meet your pricing.

If you can guarantee 20 rooms they may be able to meet your required room rates. The only ones listed with an Atrium, however, are the Embassy Suites and the Governor%26#39;s Suites. The others with Atriums (that I am aware of) will be out of your price range (Rennaisance and Biltmore).

Please check online for any reviews of the above properties. I have not personally stayed in any of the ones listed, and have only been inside the Crowne Plaza (ok) and Marriott (also ok)

Look at some of the citys community centers they have space and most have a park on the grounds so it gives the kids some thing to do
